Scuba Scene is proud to present the “Scuba Scene Coastal Estate” in Ponta Do Ouro (Southern Mozambique).  The development will consist of two phases in the form of an upmarket residential estate and a dive lodge.

The residential estate will consist of 23 exclusively furnished units in 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom configurations and is sure to set the trend in luxury living along this “golden mile” of coast line in the beautiful Ponta Do Ouro, Mozambique.



Certain units will also be available on a fractional ownership basis (4 weeks per year on rotation). Construction is currently underway and first occupation is set for mid 2009. 

The dive lodge will consist of 23 en-suite cabins, furnished to the same standards as the residential estate, offering divers a “home from home” environment in which to relax and escape the bustle of big city life. A fully equipped communal area with self catering facilities including walk-in-fridges and state of the art catering equipment will be available for the exclusive use of the dive lodge guests.

A sparkling swimming pool that can be utilized for both training and recreational use will also be available to all patrons of the dive lodge. Construction of the dive lodge is well underway and the camp will be fully operational in the third quarter of 2009.
