Dear Scuba Scene friends
It has been a while since we posted you a newsletter. Thank you for continuously supporting us through the past remarkable year which has offered us the highest number of new divers taking up the sport in a very challenging and testing eco-nomical enviroment.
Your support and prayers that carried us the past year through the final stages of the completion of the Motorised Yacht Scuba Scene was both an inspirational and humbling experience.
A word of thanks go out to every staff member, from cleaners, instructors, retail and office personal, that showed great commitment in pulling their weight while we were away in Egypt.
A special word of thanks also go out to Mohamed Gaber Farghaly, our partner in Egypt which made the yacht building project his own, travelling an excess of 150 000km during the construction period and managing a work force of up to 146 workers at one stage.
And then of course: Thank you to God that protected her firstly from the biggest shipyard fire in the Middle East history, followed by another shipyard fire a few months later and a severe storm that struck her while laying at ancher in Suez earlier this year during the time of the Egyption revolution.
We can proudly say that Motor Yacht, Scuba Scene has been launched and (photos on Scuba Scene Business Facebook site) already discribed by onlookers as "The Queen of the Red Sea", she is a pace setter in comfort, luxury and safety in liveaboard diving in the world.
